Processing Time All orders are handmade and prepared with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Shipping to the United States We ship all orders from Turkey directly to your door.
- Standard Shipping — $49.00 | Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
- Express Shipping — $99.90 | Estimated delivery: within 3 business days
No Hidden Fees — Duties & Taxes Included (DDP)All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties, import taxes, and fees are covered by us. You will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@kukulondon.com. We will open an investigation within 1–2 business days. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement order for you at no additional cost.
Damaged Items Our pieces are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
Made-to-Order Notice Because every KukuLondon piece is handmade and produced specifically for you, we are unable to offer standard returns or exchanges. However, in the event of an issue, we will always work with you — whether that's a discount code toward your next order or a replacement piece.
